My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative aspects. The rooms were well-equipped with all amenities and nicely done, but cleanliness was a concern due to sand constantly coming in. The service was friendly but not overly helpful in resolving issues quickly. The location was perfect for getting around easily but had some minor inconveniences, such as difficulties with locking the door. The dining experience had its ups and downs with good omelets but limited offerings. Despite some shortcomings, the overall value for money was reasonable.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel - it was packed with families due to the school winter recess, but the rooms were extremely comfortable with a spectacular view of the ocean. However, they felt somewhat dated. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff, especially Jessie and Bertha who even sent up complimentary treats for our early anniversary celebration. The location was unbeatable, right on the ocean with easy access to the pool. The dining experience left much to be desired as it was described as poor at best, but the high quality dishes made up for it.
